Stay on the lower driveway
Please remain on the lower (southern) driveway.
Respect our privacy
Do not approach the residence or other private areas.
Pedestrians only
No bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, motorcycles, ATVs, or other motorized vehicles.
Clean up after dogs
Please pick up and take all dog waste with you.
Dawn to dusk only
Access is permitted only between dawn and dusk.
Permission is revocable
Permission may be revoked at any time.

Annual credential fee
The gate system charges us a fee for each credentialed visitor. The fee is nominal: $5.50 per year. One payment covers one person for 12 months.
